  • Private Legitimation and Paternity Actions in Juvenile Courts

Attorney Hinkson does not handle any cases that may involve the Department of Family and Children Services and/or Department of Aging Services.

Attorney Hinkson is a Registered Mediator in the State of Georgia. Attorney Hinkson has the legal knowledge and experience, which makes her an effective mediator. The Hinkson Firm has the ability to travel to meet parties at their office, their attorney's office, and/or a mutual agreed upon location in order to facilitate mediation without the hassle of court involvement.

  • A mediator is a professional with specialized training in the art of dispute resolution. A mediator is an impartial person who will listen to parties’ grievances, weigh the parties’ arguments, communicate proposed offers and settlements to the parties’, and then assists the parties in reaching an agreement and resolution. The purpose of mediation is to find an alternative way in lieu of court and/or court involvement to reach a binding and amicable settlement/resolution between the parties.
